Annual Results 2021 for Varia Europe Properties AG

Performance
During the year 2021, Varia Europe recorded a total revenue of EUR 0.2 million (EUR 2.0 million total revenue in December 2020) with an unrealized loss of EUR -1.8 million. General and administrative expenses remain stable at EUR 0.6 million during the years 2020 and 2021. This led to an operating loss of EUR 0.4 million in December 2021.
The total shareholders’ equity value decreased from EUR 43.4 million in December 2020 to EUR 41.9 million at December 2021. NAV decreased from EUR 1.52/share to EUR 1.47/share.
Portfolio and outlook
As of 31 December 2021, the portfolio consisted of 20 lines of investment with a fair value of EUR 41.1 million (23 projects invested at December 2020). Spain remains the larger country allocation in the portfolio at 65%, while the income component of the portfolio remained stable at 43% (57% of the portfolio’s sources of revenues is capital gain generating)
Taner Alicehic, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Varia Europe Properties said: “From an investment perspective, we believe that the strength of the portfolio lies within the diversification of its assets, whether from a geographic, sectorial or income point of view. As we end the year, the underlying total portfolio is being consolidated and the Company targets to distribute proceeds received from its current portfolio.”

Die SenioResidenz AG erzielte nach vorläufigen, ungeprüften Ergebnissen im ersten
Halbjahr 2022 ein erneut gutes Unternehmensergebnis. Das Liegenschaftenportfolio erhöhte sich vor allem durch
den Zukauf eines Neubauprojekts in Aigle/VD mit 26 Wohnungen (wovon 13 geschützte Wohnungen für Menschen
mit Beeinträchtigungen oder altersbedingten Einschränkungen) und Investitionstätigkeiten in das Neubauprojekt in
Oberdiessbach auf CHF 226.7 Millionen (31.12.2021: CHF 213.9 Millionen).

veröffentlicht.
Varia Europe Properties AG: Publication Date Annual Results 2021 and Annual General Meeting 2022

Varia Europe Properties AG (“Varia Europe”) announces that the Admission Board of BX Swiss approved, on an exceptional basis, Varia Europe’s exemption request to postpone the publication of its annual report 2021 and the conduct of the Annual General Meeting 2022.
Varia Europe will publish its Annual Report 2021 on 9 August 2022, and its Annual General Meeting will take place on 31 August 2022.
ESGTI AG: Ordentliche Generalversammlung 2022

An der gestrigen ordentlichen Generalversammlung der ESGTI AG (Ticker: ESGTI) haben die Aktionäre allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zugestimmt. Der Lagebericht, die Jahresrechnung nach OR sowie die konsolidierte Jahresrechnung nach IFRS 2021 wurden genehmigt. Ebenfalls wurde dem Vergütungsbericht 2021 zugestimmt. Die Generalversammlung genehmigte den Vortrag des Bilanzverlusts auf die neue Rechnung. Sodann beschloss die Generalversammlung die Erhöhung des genehmigten Aktienkapitals von aktuell CHF 15'912'000.00 auf maximal CHF 20'268'587.04 (Ausgabe von max. 12'992'684 vollständig zu liberierenden Namenaktien mit Nennwert von je CHF 1.56) und Verlängerte die Frist für die Ausübung des genehmigten Kapitals bis zum 30. Juni 2024. Weiter erteilten die Aktionäre den Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrats die Entlastung für das Geschäftsjahr 2021.
