St. Gallen, 6. Januar 2021: Die SANDPIPER Digital Payments AG (BX Swiss, Ticker: SDP, www.sandpiper.ch, ISIN: CH0510341644) gibt bekannt, dass die Veräusserung ihrer Beteiligung an der Playpass NV mit Sitz in Antwerpen (Belgien) final abgeschlossen werden konnte.
Die Beteiligungsquote in Höhe von 26,7% wurde im Oktober 2020 vollständig an das Management David De Wever und Dale Hofkens veräussert. Der Verkauf konnte mit Erfüllung der vereinbarten aufschiebenden Bedingungen zu Jahresende 2020 bestätigt und damit abgeschlossen werden.
