Rectification Issuer: Basler Kantonalbank, Basel, Switzerland ISIN: CH1318753675 (the “Products”) Reportable fact: early termination by the Issuer (as provided for under the terms and conditions of the Products) Reason for the redemption: Reference is made to the terms and conditions of the Products (the “Conditions”). Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning given to them under the Conditions. On 11 March 2025, the reduction of the existing share capital of Varta AG to zero approved by the management of Varta AG as part of the company’s restructuring plan became effective; As a result, Varta AG’s shares were delisted from the relevant Exchange; The Calculation Agent has determined therefore that a Delisting and thus an Extraordinary Event occurred with respect to Varta AG’s shares on or around 11 March 2025 and that the Issuer shall redeem the Products in accordance with the Share Linked Condition 1.2.2 (c); Consequently, the Products will be redeemed on the 11th Business Day following the date on which this notice becomes valid by payment in respect of each Product of the Unscheduled Early Redemption Amount as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the Conditions.
